Why The Core Services Was Founded
Kyle Chesmore founded The Core Services in 2014 after more than a decade working on high-end residential and commercial electrical projects across Mayfair, Chelsea, and Kensington. He had spent years watching contractors treat electrical infrastructure as an afterthought: messy cable runs, unlabelled distribution boards, and smart home systems that were neither smart nor reliable.
Frustrated by the gap between what clients expected and what the industry typically delivered, Kyle built The Core Services around a single principle: every installation should be invisible, reliable, and built to last. Starting from a single van in Watford, the company has grown into a trusted team of qualified electricians serving premium properties throughout London and Hertfordshire.
Kyle remains actively involved in project design and commissioning. He holds current 18th Edition BS 7671 certification and is personally certified in Control4, Crestron, Lutron, and KNX systems. His hands-on approach ensures that the standards he set in 2014 remain the benchmark for every job the company undertakes today.

Consultation

Design

Installation

Commissioning
